Today’s society is much faster paced than ever before. People are more stressed which leads to mental and physical health problems. There is simply no other discipline quite like Yoga because it utilizes the body, mind and spirit, which leads to a more purposeful and balanced life.
Come Join us for Yoga Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with Mrs. Loving. Mrs. Loving received her certification in Flow Yoga in August 2011. Mrs. Loving uses the flow yoga style to stay lean, strong and flexible. Every "body" can do yoga, if you have any medical conditions that require modification of the yoga asanas, Mrs. Loving can help you out.
